Vestry
The vestry is the legal representative of the parish with regard to all matters pertaining to its corporate property. Trinity has eight vestry members, and 5 officers.

Selection of the Vestry
Vestry members are elected by parish members at the annual parish meeting in January. Members are asked to serve for three years, and 1/3 of the spots are up for election each January. A nominating committee suggests a slate on which parishioners vote. Tasks of the Vestry
Officers The presiding officer of the vestry is the rector. There are two wardens. The senior warden leads the parish between rectors and is a support person for the rector. The junior warden has responsibility for church property and buildings. Other officers include the treasurer, assistant treasurer, clerk, and convention delegates. |
