Audio Visual Team

It just doesn’t “happen”…

Behind the scenes at EVERY service, members of the Audio Visual (A/V) team are there. They are the reason we can hear every word spoken and every song sung… and we can stream and record each Sunday service and special services with beautiful balance. They do it with grace and humility.

Current members of the Audio-Visual Team include: Bob Chagnon, Jake Courser, and Moe Lavallee.

Sound System

We currently have a Presonus StudioLive 16.4.2 sound board which allows us to capture and balance audio from multiple microphones placed around the sanctuary.

Screen

A 7.5 x 10’ motorized, retractable, projector screen was also installed within the arch above the altar, nicely enclosed within a custom-made wooden housing.

Streaming

We added equipment, including a camera and an A/V switcher, and started live-streaming our Sunday services in early 2020. We also stream holy day services, musical series events such as Lessons & Carols, Evensong, Tapesty, and funeral / memorial services when requested. The streamed services are usually automatically recorded and kept on Trinity’s Facebook and YouTube pages.

Projector

Our Proxima 5950 projector allows song lyrics and prayers to be displayed. The congregation can continue to lift their eyes to the Lord without losing track of the service.

Software

The video presentation software that we use during our services to show prayers, lyrics, images, and videos is called EasyWorship.

The A/V system was installed by Shoreline Audio Visual out of Suffield, CT.

All the A/V equipment, which was so generously funded by various parishioners, has truly enhanced worship at Trinity. The equipment allows us to better support regular and special services, enables us to reach those online at home who cannot physically make it to church, and has significantly improved the quality of the recordings for those events. We are grateful to those who donated funds to make this possible and to the A/V team who do the work each week.
