A retreat is a way to get away from your regular schedule in order to get back on track, to recenter your life in Christ, and to hear more clearly God’s invitation for direction. But getting away is hard! So, we are happy to reintroduce the Mini Retreat, a Saturday morning, hone for lunch fellowship with God. Each retreat is put together to help you let go, engage, and listen to God. Since 2017, more than 100 people have found the mini retreat helpful in finding peace and Gods presence.
This year the retreats are constructed around the realities of the Covid protocols. Twelve people will be given areas in the church : Five in the Sanctuary, Five in the Hall, one in the chapel, and one in the upstairs lounge. There will several openings for online participation, with the requirement that participants prepare the areas where they will be. The entire retreat will be led on Zoom, so your laptop, phone or iPad is required. If interested, give the office a call (860-651-0201) or send an email to: email@example.com. The retreat on 3/6 is open to everyone. The retreat on March 20th will be a Men's Retreat.

Learning to Pray the Examen is a series of brief videos that teach and guide you through the Prayer of Examen. This way of praying is different than most. It seeks to help us discover where God is already present and speaking in our lives. The prayer itself follows five steps and can be brief, or lead to deeper reflection. You can use the videos like an app, and fit them into a time that works best for you. Most people find that it is simple, but surprising in how they help us discover not just peace, but God already walking with us in our everyday lives. This is week 4 - What does God think of me? To view previous videos in this series, visit the Trinity Church website homepage.
This session is a video guided study, “God of Creation, A study of Genesis 1-11” by Jen Wilkin via Zoom. If you would like to join us, please email Sue Galici email@example.com be added to the email list. Please call Sue with any questions 860-614-9313.
