Pastoral Care: Caring for Community
We are well-organized to provide trained and loving care for community when needed.
The first step to seeking care is to contact the church office, Church Warden, or any parishioner.
Parishioners who are aware of any need should notify the church office or wardens.
The Gospels tell us that Jesus spent much of his time on earth healing people: physically, emotionally and spiritually. The ministry of healing has been a part of the Christian experience from the very beginning.

Healing Ministry
The Healing Ministry has been an important part of Parish Life at Trinity since the 1970s. This ministry has touched many lives and continues to reach out to people everywhere, offering God’s promises to those who are troubled in body, mind or spirit.
Every Sunday, members of our Healing Team are available to pray with and for you after the service in the Father Howard Prayer Chapel. You can also schedule healing prayer by appointment. |
Lay Eucharistic VisitorsThis group of trained volunteers visits those who are homebound or otherwise unable to attend church. They bring Communion and the love of the congregation to members in their homes. All Lay Eucharistic Volunteers are background checked and trained in Safe Church.
For more information about this ministry, please contact the office. |
Prayer ShawlsJoin our knitters and crocheters in creating handmade prayer shawls or small pocket squares and hearts to share with those who need comfort. You can pick shawls and squares at Trinity to share with those who need them
