Thank you again for a successful Scholarship Sunday. Your generosity and support have made it possible for 7 more children to receive scholarships, bringing the number of Trinity sponsored students to 60! Just amazing! Please stop by the bulletin board in the Welcome Center to “meet” them and continue to check for posted updates. Although it has taken much longer than expected, all report cards for Africa Education Partnership scholarship students have been received and mailed out. In a mix of sorrow for our loss and joy at her gain, we want to inform you that our sister, Fran Hill, has died and entered into God's greater glory. Fran was a lifetime Episcopalian who was formed by the worship tradition of the Book of Common Prayer. She was a strong person in body, spirit and temperament. She knew her Lord and was eager to depart the weakness of her mortality and see him face to face in glory. At the time of her death, Fran was 100 years old. May her celebration spill over to those who now mourn their loss of such a vibrant person.

Almighty God, our Father in heaven, before whom live all who die in the Lord: Receive our sister, Fran into the courts of your heavenly dwelling place. Let her heart and soul now ring out in joy to you, O Lord, the living God, and the God of those who live. This we ask through Christ our Lord. Amen

We will all miss Taylor and Kitty when they leave Trinity Church. Let's send them off in style on Saturday, April 18 with a celebration of ministry! Please RSVP with any dietary accommodation requests to Ann - AJGarrity5@comcast.net or 860-305-1514. (Note email address change)

Dear Trinity Family,

On behalf of Africa Education Partnership, please accept our sincere thanks and gratitude for the generous support shown on January 18, Scholarship Sunday. Pledges and donations are still coming in so we do not yet have a total- but we are on track to at least match last year, keeping all of our students covered! Please know how grateful our partners and the students are for your faithful sacrifice. We appreciate your patience as we carefully consider if more students can be added. New assignments and adjustments will hopefully be completed by the end of February.
We are currently starting to process report cards. In addition, if you would like to write a short note to your student, please email it (emchagnon55@gmail.com), text it (860-930-8703), or hand it to Elaine Chagnon by the end of February. It is never too late if you would like to participate with any amount. Please continue to check the bulletin board in the Welcome Center for updates.
