All are welcome to come experience the last steps of Jesus on his way to the Calvary as children and youth of Trinity present the Annual Stations of the Cross service.
Music, prayers, and a re-enactment of Jesus' steps will lead us all to the foot of the cross, bringing understanding to all ages of the meaning of Jesus' sacrifice.
This service is targeted for the young, but is appropriate and meaningful for all ages.
Trinity has a tradition of observing the beginning of the three days leading to Easter (the Triduum) with a sunrise Morning Prayer service overlooking the Barkhamsted Reservoir.
This year is the first time, since we started having morning prayer on this day, that there is a very good chance of rain.
If it is raining on Good Friday morning, we will gather at church for morning prayer at 6:00 am, and then go out to breakfast.
If it isn't raining, we will meet at 5:30am and head out to Barkhamsted Reservoir.
Please dress accordingly just in case it rains.
All are welcome to come join in prayer!
Come celebrate the ancient tradition of Palm Sunday at Trinity!
The Palm Sunday services include distribution of palm crosses, reading of the Passion, and Holy Communion.
